On a whim, on my way home from Albuquerque on Saturday, I headed to Horseshoe Bend to see the sunset. For those of you who know your geography, you know this isn't on the way home really.. But it was worth it to take the extra 3-4 hours out of my day to go.. I took a number of photos before and after the sun went down. Pretty cool to see the changes in color. Possibly my most epic selfie ever! It's so crazy and crowded that getting a pic of myself here with a good background seemed impossible. But as I was heading towards the exit I hit an open area in the field. I turned to look back and I knew I had my shot so set up my camera on tripod and timer and times my hemp perfect!!
