Started off my day early w/ a yoga session @atmanjai with the beautiful @oceanbloom. Atmanjai is located at the Friendship beach resort in Chalong about 15 minutes away from @tigermuaythai. Yesterday I spent the afternoon at Re Ká Ta resort with friends enjoying the beautiful weather; This photo was taken in the water in front of the resort. Being able to live the life that I do is a choice I have made for myself. It's kept me positive and that positivity has allowed me to be healthy and happy. Toe diaries: Enjoying the view at Kata Beach today after a busy day with yoga and seminars. I'm at Re Ká Ta resort enjoying virgin mixed drinks w/friends. I purchased some coconut oil on the beach so I'm trying to get a tan using it but all I want to do is eat it because it smells so good! The water is such a moderate temperature in the ocean and then the pool was refreshing.
