Just got back from Death Valley after running Helios. 11 rappels, 7 people, 7 hours. 2200 elevation increase in about 1 Mile. Tons of down climbing, problem solving, and teamwork! As I Drive through the traffic and rain back to Las Vegas, I think back to a mere 5 days ago when I stood on this beach .
