By @tracyleephotos "These faces... They haunt my dreams. Not in the scary 'I'm being chased' way, but more the alluring 'I can't stop thinking about their beauty' way. The hand carved masterpieces date back to the 12th century and still maintain a gaze over the temple, Bayon. They have seen a good many things in that time; Oh the stories they would tell, could they tell. . I continue on the #blackandwhitechallenge as set to me by @sobeksemper although my #blackandwhitephotochallenge is long over. . #bandwchallenge #Cambodia #travelchannel #travel #tracylee #travellife #adventures #livealifeworthliving #tracyleephotography #partsunknown #livelifehappy #bayon #faces #peoplewhodofunstuff #adventureismydrug #adventure #angkorwat #bucketlist" via @PhotoRepost_app

24 hours ago I fulfilled a bucket list item and visited Angkor Wat, the most famous of all the temples in Cambodia; so important to the culture it appears on the flag as well as their money. We got up at 430 am to make the Tuk Tuk trek to the monument along with THOUSANDS of others, lol. In spite of it being a tourist zoo, the sunrise over the iconic spires was a rainbow of intense colors and took me to my happy place. I spent the next 9 hours exploring the ruins of the legendary temple as well as 4 more; out of over 2 thousand located in the archeological Park. So many pictures to come! This photo was taken and edited on my cell phone-can't wait to go through all my real photos to share! . #Cambodia #travelchannel #travel #tracylee #travellife #adventures #livealifeworthliving #tracyleephotography #partsunknown #livelifehappy #angkorwat #temples #peoplewhodofunstuff #happy #adventureismydrug #adventure
