Photo Caption: The top left photo popped up on my feed today on FB from today in 2013, 4 years ago.. It was taken nearing the end of a long stint of traveling to UFC’s all over the world.. I had a ton of back problems and had major issues doing any activity.. I started doing Pilates @Trufusion and a Paleo diet in January of ’14 (thank you @roxannelavin for the motivation!) and in June, 6 months later I had gotten to 145, the top right photo and fixed all my back problems with core strength…

Some of you may remember in nov & Dec when I went on a diet with a total to get back in shape.. that not only didn’t work, it back fired.. fast forward to the bottom left photo taken about 2 months ago when I was at my heaviest I’ve ever been, 175.. I started on a Keto diet only 5 weeks ago (just diet, no additional ketone supps) and I am living in Ketosis and down about 15lbs (bottom right pic taken just now), which is halfway to my goal of 145.. That’s all diet because I haven’t been working out at all… if I can finally motivate myself to get back in, I feel like the fat will MELT off because I have now trained my body to live on NO carbs (17g a day!) and to use fat for energy… The Keto diet has been SUPER easy which is crazy considering I’m eating no carbs other than what I get in my veggies and so on.. I still eat LOTS of veggies!

Seeing these pictures and comparing them side by side is pretty cool to see my body through all it’s changes over the years.. I’ll check back in with this in a month to see how close I have gotten to my goal! Who wants to go to @trufusionsummerlin with me and get this last 15 off?? I’ve got a photo shoot I need to do this year!
