Just had micro needling done…

Photo Caption: Just had micro needling done on my face by Michelle of @adarabellaaesthetics for the third time. In the last two months, I’ve gotten tons of compliments about how clear my skin is which I attribute to micro needling as well as my high fat, keto diet! I’m sold on this procedure and will be back every month to get it done!

Yes, it hurts. But is it worth it, definitely! And now I’m kind of used to it LOL…
