Photo Caption: Yummy @lyfefuel protein chia pudding for breakfast this morning. I’m addicted to pomegranate as of late especially since I know the easy way to get those buggers out. Banana, chia seed and flax seed to it off and the whole bowl is around 200 calories. I made a mistake yesterday in not eating enough although I had 3 meals. My caloric intake was about 1000. With an active lifestyle, even though I’m trying to lose weight, that’s not enough by any means. I just got busy yesterday and when I got home from working out I went the easy route of eggs and spinach for dinner instead of a more substantial option. I’ll make it better today! Join me on my mission!
