Photo Caption: This was another one from the Limo adventure and actually one of the first from that night. I took 2 images to make this; one for the salt flat foreground and one for the Milky Way. We probably walked a few miles around Badwater Basin that night – I think we determined around 3 because we had to walk far enough out from the mountain that the MW was rising behind and also wanted to find good patterns in the salt. This was my 1st time doing two separate exposures for a Milky Way image; I’m sure it won’t be my last!
