For those of you who don’t know-i have had back issues the last 4 years and hot pilates has hands down been the most effective “cure” for me! And not only has it fixed my back-its gotten me back into shape! Many say, “oh that’s girls stuff!” so to all you guys out there that think that-i dare you to take a class and actually finish it… .
