The scooter population out here is a site to see.. Although its early and there aren’t so many people out on them. Spotted this girl in heels out on hers, but now I think girl is questionable- what do u think?.. It amazes me what people wear, how many people they carry, or the things they load on these little tiny machines. It’s ingrained in the culture here, I suppose..
