Behind the Scenes: A couple days in camp w/ @bensonhenderson

I had a chance to head to Glendale, AZ and catch with UFC Lightweight Champ Ben Henderson. I got to the MMA Lab in the late morning on a Saturday where he was teaching a gi and then a no gi class. He grabbed a small snack in between that and afternoon sparring with his training partners including UFC & Strikeforce Veteran Joe Riggs. We finished off the day with a portrait photoshoot (see below for a sample). I came back around the following Monday to catch him doing his strength and conditioning followed by a trip to his favorite Korean BBQ spot!
