The UFC 148 open workouts were held open to the public inside XS Nightclub in the Encore Hotel and Casino. Patrick Cote kicked things off followed by Forrest, Chael, Tito, Cung, and finally Anderson Silva. Silva brought his entire team of training partners to do demonstrations during the workout.
