Why do people Plank??? I know you’ve asked yourself this many times, and I personally think it can be hilarious.. But the simple reason it caught on so big is because as you can see from the following photos, ANYONE CAN DO IT. it takes absolutely NO brain power and can contain little to no physical effort.
