Headed over to the New Orleans Athletic Club with Mark Munoz, Matt Mitrione, Joe Ellenberger &Scott.. Riley Ross of Higher Tactics coached them through a strength and conditioning workout. Before this session started, they played a game of basketball and followed the session by a game of raquetball.
