Wow, these big guys can move!

Here’s @jayhieron ( @jay_glazer @everlast_ ) as he trains with some of the guys from the st louis rams. Here they are working on a kimura drill. Jay says that when he got here two weeks ago, he thought they were hopeless.. He’s totally surprised at the amount of improvement that they have shown!
