So I’m at the gym and just did 20 minutes in the sauna with a full sweat suit on. Now I’m on the elliptical for 45 to an hour. Why am I subjecting myself to this? I gotta whip out a quick photoshoot for my memorial day weekend creative and I wanna try and lose a little water weight. Now that I’m in the midst of this, not sure it was the best idea, lol…
