Breakfast on my diet!

Although I try to make myself get up and eat when I wake, sometimes it takes me a couple hours at my laptop to do so. This morning was no different but I just rolled downstairs to make a bagel sandwich. I have veggies all cut up already, just thrown em in a measuring cup with just enough egg whites to cover em. Nuke for 3 minutes and then throw them (they’re cooked the perfect size) on a bagel… Yum!!
