So I decided in end of November to set a goal as my New Years resolution. To be bikini ready by New Years day. This has involved a lot of dieting, working out, and being dedicated through 2 holidays as well as a trip to Memphis and Vail. So I fell off the wagon on the trip to Memphis and came back weighing 160lbs (weighed myself day before WEC Weigh Ins on Dec 17th); more than a bunch of the fighters I know. So I only had a couple more weeks to get back on the horse, including the fateful Christmas Dinner. But, I got in the gym and watched my diet and was able to drop 10lbs after this. I currently sit at 150lbs (just weighed myself) but i’m not gonna stop there.

I am thrilled to have made it this far, and know that although I feel I made my temporary goal, I still want to continue to lean up and tone.. Now, time to go to the gym!!
